Who is Christ?
Some may say a good man, a good teacher, a prophet. But have you ever recognized Him as God's sinless Son who died for your sins?
You see, we all have a sin problem. Romans 5:12 says, "Wherefore as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned."
Because we all have human fathers, we all miss God's standard for getting into heaven. Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
Because of God's character, He must deal with sin. Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
God has provided the way to heaven. John 14:6 says, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
We must acknowledge our sinful condition and trust in the work of Christ on the cross for us, in order to get to heaven. Romans 5:8, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
1 Peter 2:24, "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness; by whose stripes ye were healed."
What think YE of Christ
Is He your Saviour?
If not, why no make Him so now?
Just aJuly 18, 2006ize my sinful condition. I place my faith in what your only Son did for my sins on the cross. He died for my sins, He was buried, and rose again the third day. I pray sincerely with all my heart. Thank You Lord.
